When you proceed to purchase a ticket, you are redirected to the website of the train operator. Any personal data entered during the checkout process (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected directly by them for the purpose of issuing your travel title and fulfilling the transport contract.

The contract of carriage is concluded directly between the passenger and the train operator.

Go Bright Media provides 'First Level' assistance related to the app/website redirecting to the train operator website. For 'Second Level' assistance, including refunds, complaints regarding the transport service, or ticket changes, users must contact the train operator directly through their official channels.
